It's just a distraction.

It's a facility, OK?
An equity facility.

That's what they told us.

And don't you know that a facility is, like, a sort of a, like, fund that the CEO can just, like, draw down from whenever he needs to do so?

(No, I'm not too sure who keeps the "fund" topped up... maybe some mysterious benefactor. But let's not worry ourselves too much about that. It's all just small details. Blue chips in the making don't let themselves get tripped up by detail.)
