You make a good point in your first paragraph. The second paragraph I can't agree. No way would Silviu think the SP would go back to $1.92 without an announcement. MSB has never gone up in the absence of an announcement so there was no expectation it would recover after the drop. But to answer the question on the third paragraph I would say perhaos you are right, that it is a capital raising and SI is stalling the announcement (is that legal?). But perhaps he is in discussions with Celgene and they have not come to a full agreement yet about the fine details. Truthfully I don't know whats happening, I'm as clueless as everyone else.
