Are you suggesting they are in breach of disclosure requirements under the ASX?
You fail to adequately acknowledge how much disclosure obligations are necessarily limited by commercial realities.
There are many reasons for nondisclosure and an explanation is not always appropriate.
No company routinely discloses the reason for non disclosure. If for instance they are in pre takeover discussions, a line of credit might be opened up.
It's just one of the scenarios that might fit. Speculation is what this is about.
