Suppose with 100m shares they could lend them out for shorting and make some money that way.
Vanmag money must have been spent before it came in imo if they needed another loan straight away.
Existing holders just got invited to be diluted by an additional ~17% again today... wow.
And the price is up... Amazing - the power of wishful thinking at work there most likely.
What happened to the Indian coal companies that had put in bids several times current market cap for "all or part of SA assets" ?
Why create further dilution and reduce holders % of assets held right before you are about to sell them ?
