    This company announcements continue to baffle me !

    I find it very strange that if VMR has agreed to take on a placement of 100mil shares at 8c... Then why only offer to buy out minority holders shares of only 19mil at 5.21c ?

    Surely if you can afford to buy 100mil shares at 8c, then Why NOT offer the same deal for 19mil shares ?

    So what is the catch for this placement at 8c I wonder ?
