the company has now drilled in excess of 106 wells since IPO and yet it is only producing at 606bopd (before royalties) for the Dec qtr. that is about 6bopd per well.
when the reserve report was compiled at IPO an assumption was made that wells would produce at 86bopd on average. this was a key assumption in determining the reserves based on volumetric assessment. i would like to see what the reserve certifier thinks now that we have plenty of data suggesting that even 10bopd per well is a stretch.
MAD have 75m Bbls of 1P ("Proved Reserves") in the Boling and Nash domes and yet of the 10 wells drilled in those properties during the qtr 100% were plugged and abandoned....
