i'd say the company needs that us$560m ($856)to pay bills as they fall due
If they don't get that money then it is only a matter of time before the cash runs out
they might have had the cashflow to keep going if prom hill had got up and running
but I think it is a case of "so near but so far"
the banks wouldn't allow them to get there.
