I will make just two points.
1. Bill Beament has about the best reputation in the Australian mining industry for creating shareholder value and operating assets to produce outstanding profits.
2. The failure of Heron at Woodlawn was at the point of starting to mine. They had completed construction of a new plant and were ready to turn it on when they went into receivership. This looks to me, very much a failure of financial planning and nothing to do with the quality of the asset. DVP have the capital in hand to start the mine and the company is cash flow positive. Financial planning does not look like a liability this time.
