It was reported on 3AW this morning that up to 18 youths of African appearance attached 3 other youths in Tarneit (outer NW Melb suburb) on Saturday night with one of the youths throng to slash one of the three boys with a 20 centimetre knife.
Victoria Police have not handled this well and is now the subject of a major investigation to arrest the offenders and return stolen property. More to come on this in coming days.
