I just want them to take a big picture view, and take advantage of a gold bull market cycle. Now is the time to grow and think big.
I believe this has huge potential!
I just don't feel the energy or drive is there, I would like them to start talking more about the big picture here...the 6Moz resource and the excellent potential to grow and mine this.
It's a little frustrating when they seem to want to keep emphasizing the 234koz of mining in the first 5yrs. In my mind, that is not the emphasis...ok, it's a great bit of cashflow, but it's nowhere near the potential of this sleeping monster. It's like..."...c'mon, lets go already...". Stop speaking about the damn tree in the corner over yonder....and start speaking about the damn forest right in front of you. Grrr!
This new management will need to get creative, to start realising the possibilities, to think big...and create a strategy to grow this company into the potential their real estate has gifted them. And the board needs to support them...my fear is that in 5yrs time, we will still be talking about "...234kOz in 5 yrs...", like it's an accomplishment...and management has resigned in frustration.
Ok, sorry, just letting out some frustration and worry at what I perceive as small thinking. Bull markets don't last forever.
