    I cant see why anyone would own PPX vs PXUPA at current prices - if PXUPA is converted in PPX - PXUPA holders will be able to sell out their $100 of PPX at alot more than current price: $8.50

    At PXUPA being at $8.50, the corresponding PPX price should be well below 5c IMO

    If anyone has any ideas why holding PPX at 6.8c makes sense vs PXUPA @ $8.50.. please share it with us
