Not sure how they can force a redemption. Graham and his mates at Sux did not appear able to. Anyway PXUPA looks cheap at present probably due to tax loss selling. Also the recent changes at PPX make its survival more likely one way or the other. Once/if PPX returns to profitability PXUPA will rise significantly. I bought a few PXU the other day at 8.50.
