600 boepd of production (88%) typically goes at between $100K to $150K depending lots of factors such as location, ease of extraction, price of oil...

So paying $60M - $90M for something that that can ramp up to what appears to be 1,000 boepd by end 2012.

Maybe some infrastructure assets also (pipeline etc).

Looks about right.
