OK say VPE wont make a bid.
However is it possible for VPE to acquire 19.9% of ITC then tell Beach up your offer or we wont vote in favour of it.
Can Beach agree to pay VPE say .0925c and everyone else the .0825 on offer ? or do we all have to be treated equally ?
