Why is there a suspension on our shares?

for a share to be suspended on the ASX, the company must give
a) a reason for the suspension - has anybody seen a reason given?
b) The Directors must give a period of suspension. Look at the last announcement by our esteemed MD - The suspension is indefinite. I would suggest that "Indefinite" is not what 17.2
of the ASX rules require.

The market is fully informed. The loan application failed. The subsidiary has been put in administration. We have no money left.

A suspension should only be granted if there is news that the market is not aware of. If all the news is out, then there is no need for a suspension.

We have given our hard earned cash to this company and lost it all. I accept that I made a dud call. But why should I not be able to sell my shares at even 1/10 of a cent if somebody wants to buy them?

Why is Simon and the ASX punishing the share holders.

The market is either informed or not informed. If it is informed, then trading should be allowed.
If it is not informed, then ASX and ASIC should be chasing those responsible for not informing the market, not punishing share holders.
