so what you are saying is that you are not actually certain that there is even potential in esi's future?
The significance of the Vic gov grant and esi's survival can't be understated. The biggest concern now would have to be ect's chance of seeing any part of this grant considering their failure to meet certain criteria.
If the SP does dive after the agm, there would be some to take advantage of this. Long termers using it as an opportunity to average down and newbies getting in under 1c.
