    Noway anyone will suck in 15% of RIV at $8.50, mitis!

    There is only about 35% free stock not already tied up with Passport / CSN / Management / TATA....

    This is not a widely traded stock; a lot of that 35% are long holders. I'd let a few go at double $8.50, the rest at $20.

    946 is a market changer; look out.
