why is NWE talking in barrels ?

dont get me wrong I am not bagging the stock. I just think its being well over estimated the potential.
NWE is a explorer funded by cap raising, it wants to take the next step to self funded producer. It has a warchest of options, it looks to me that the directors have chosen WA as step 1, and UK as step 2 for the best path / risk factor for them to follow to grow into a self funded producer.
just don't over estimate whats on the table
