no problem. Ive been trading a long time. hardest thing i witness about traders is the emotional cost. I traded back on the old sfe. so let me say this. know yourself, if you can/t make profitable decisions watching the market then find a mechanical system and look away from the screen.
this is just me but the most successful traders have these basic rules.
use stops to protect, never target a profit with a stop.
look for double bottoms and use stops just under these supports.
use trailing stops
never fall in love with a position.
diversify 3-8 stocks
take breaks from trading. reward yourself for following rules even if you breakeven when you first startout.
