Strange that you would sell at these basement price, hypothetically speaking if we had firesale today on the assets, there's good chance we would recover today's price.
Its not like all hope is lost, afterall there's no debt. Worst you can do is lose the opportunity gains elsewhere, but given the current uncertainties, elsewhere is just as safe as here.
