What are the present commitments with suppliers and Clinical Research Organisationtrial site open (keeping the high number of unused sites) and closing fee, and staff obligations and bonuses and rent and leases and consultants and legal and brokerage fees and consumables and rubbish removal and manufacturing and outstanding invoices and travel and director and company insurance and wind up costs …….. which must be paid.

Solvency issue possibly soon? Must have committed outgoings less than liquid assets (Cash On Hand) plus. Major shareholders may become a looser if it ends with big loss. Estimate needs to be urgently updated as it is price sensitive. When does the fair way end?
