Disagree that per capits is the defacto all encompassing measure for  Co2.

Is Co2 a problem, food production has increased over time, feeding the rampant population overdrive in these backward countries.

Do the C02 per capita per Km2, that woul dgive you a better measure

Or do the calculation ofter taking out mining transport & argticulture.

Had to laugh at your ridicuous comment re 1st would countries getting  their Co2 per capita to third world..
They are 3rd world countries for a reason.

Per capita is not the problem (neither is Co2).
