Hi Greenhart, The other thing that needs to be kept in mind is that even the consensus figure which that graph suggests, is predicated on continuation , and even expansion, of the present UN population programs. That is by no means a given , as rich and mostly western countries become more inward looking, and nationalistic. Which brings me to the big question, how do you engineer a reduction in population, and reduce the pressure on the planet , and fulfill the reasonable aspirations of the population?
