    Compare with other coal, RIV seem too expensive. Despite making a good loss, sp has recovered too fast and too soon. I think it is over price. Need to be back round $8. US face huge debt but DOW is up too far. It maybe down soon. If it happen XAO will fall too.

    My guess only can be wrong. Good luck.
