    Why would you pay 12 cents if one of the directors is receiving alot of script at 3.3 cents, why would you pay 12 cents if the company has a tonne of options with exercise prices well below the current SP.

    Why would you pay 12 cents when the company seems to have ALOT of related party transactions.

    Really have a think about this one.
