With all options exercised we looking at 155million shares, including the convertible note peh will have approx 191million shares. At current market cap of 13million this equates to around 8c per per share.
The dilution of the registry is concerning but I cannot believe that more people won't jump on board with the quality of contracts they are signing. they will turn a healthy profit this half without the benefit of tax concessions or r&d grants seen in previous hy.
The buyers are there and are being offered some cheap stock in my opinion. Im sure the guy with 260000 at 12c on the table the other day is still interested..... Just seeing if he can save a couple of grand. I have confidence due to the quality of companies being signed and will be holding long term.
