At a share price of $3.95, we have a market cap of $1.07B AUD.
In a single quarter, this same company achieved:
- Marketplace revenue of $147.5M AUD, up 114% YoY
- Gross Profit of $64.5M AUD, up 149% YoY
- EBIT of $22.1M AUD, up 1550% YoY
There is a strong chance that Q2-FY21 will showcase a further improvement on these Q1 results, which are already spectacular.
I would love to see RedBubble host a trading update regarding the thanksgiving weekend and hold a conference call at the end of November. RedBubble is now a cashflow machine. It is printing cash. As it scales further, the operational leverage will only improve from here.
It is not a coincidence that BlackRock holds RBL as their high conviction ASX pick.
The valuation still has a long way to climb before it catches up with fair value.
