Well it is a surprise that they are still losing so much money in that division, but you certainly would be buying lower. The new CEO might go writedown crazy. But he might be perceived as a fresh pair of eyes. He didn't noticeably acheive much at UGL, but maybe he'll do well in another country - lol.
I suspect FBU might not have a construction division in the near future - not sure who they can sell it to.
On the +ve - it is only one div that is severely underperforming.
On the -ve - immigration is to be cut, so demand for construction materials may be cut as well. This impacts the bus more than construction which is a current issue, but not overly long term.
