i have worked on rio ,bhp fmg and royhill mining sites and to tell you the truth the rio organization is far superior more efficient than any of the other miners with thier mining processes and also how they manage thier planned shut down work.They also plan for years ahead ,look what they did to remove union strengths from thier operations ,introduced 12 shifts ,created fifo etc etc i can go on i wish you would stop all your dribble,i have been there for all those changes you talk about ask any employee who work for robe river and they will tell you they are way better off working for rio.
