I don't have much affection for this company and current management, but it turned dubious when the government pulled the rug from under them, and changed the tax legislation (way back). The management has churned through since then, and current mob seem to treat holders with contempt, which should be enough to send anyone running.

I'd be interested to know what WAS have planned, why did they buy in? One would hope they're not pumping the stock in order to claw back some value..

Anyone actually know more about the deal? I don't think anyone has a clue if this makes cash flow positive a possibility.

I expect will settle slightly below current level, would be very odd to return to 1.2c (I guess that would just indicate the deal is worth nil). At the same time, seems an overkill amount of speculation, 300m shares traded, on an announcement that nobody knows the details of. On the positive side, didn't note any insider trading leading up to it :).
