Agree that a gross yield approaching 10% should be a buy trigger providing one has confidence in the underlying business long term.
However the market is irrational at times and the yield could go much higher before this turns around. Buying now makes sense, but what will that buy price look like three weeks from now?
Globally this North Korea situation could result in almost anything happening so IMHO it's important to keep a good stack of powder dry and stay patient or at least be a little cautious.
