Thanks GC8 I have copied your wise words and printed them in LARGE LETTERS to remind myself.
This is the third time I have made the identical mistake over the years.
RRT, ARI and now RFG.
Its too dangerous being contrarian when there is debt.

Sold my entire RFG holding at large loss today.

I had noticed the debt, but if the guidance given on 7 December had been reliable the debt wold have been easily manageable.

I may buy back in if/when RFG is forced to have an underwritten capital raising at a large discount to pay off the debt when they are unable to refinance it and the on-market price is trading below the rights price.
