    Sorry to hear about the loss but I'm sure that you will rebound and make up for it. As you mentioned there may be another opportunity down the track with RFG depending on how this all pans. Also regarding the issue of "debt" there have been a few US studies which demonstrate conclusively that co's with zero or almost zero (<5%) gearing significantly outperform the market by a factor of 2.
