    All the conditions needed for the listing are in sight if not in place. The legal work will have been completed, the support for the listing is in place, the AGT/TZL cross-stake negotiations is the major milestone remaining now that an underwriter has been assigned. I do not expect TZL to be listed on the ASX at the end of this financial year.
