over the next couple of months...

I'd be lying if I said I haven't been doing a little soul searching over the xmas break.

After attending the AGM (and the pleasure of meeting some from HC - Mihal, Inside Money, Mikayla ... to name a few) I came away with a sense of optimism, particularly after talking at length to DT & some of the ex-Mashala team, I like many expected this to be a lot closer to 15c than 5c by now.

Also, like many, I have broken many of my own rules and invested more heavily in CCC, while watching a handful of stocks launch into multiples - unrealised.

My CCC anniversary is coming up soon, so what to expect over the next couple of months?

No new stock - from a previous chat in Dec with JB, my understanding is that CCC will not issue any (new) stock. For me this is a commitment to use cashflow, debt, finance, options etc. to fund balance of Mashala, development CAPEX, ongoing OPEX and corporate overheads. As previously discussed here, AIM listing does not require (new) stock to be issued.

No consolidation - from same chat in Dec, CCC will not be consolidating in 2011.

No further dilution - JB, PL and DT (??) now have something to lose with any further dilution - regardless of whether they bought them or not.

Underwrite the listed options - I heard a rumour that CCC may fully underwrite the listed options (I'm not sure what this means for CCC/option holders, but would appreciate any thoughts in this regard??).

Timeline for AIM listing - AIM listing will be a min. of six months away as they will need to arrange an independant persons report, however a timeline would be great.

Possibly further broker reports released, maybe another update by GMP.


The only near and present concern I have is the continued churn - until a significant (buying) challenge is staged to counter those containing the SP.
