For those reading cdmick's post this is a classic downramping or bashing. He doesn't know the managers or have a clue how ARH, or any other company for that matter, works. He has no insight in to confidential negotiations that are ongoing.

He is attacking management in order to create doubt in the minds of those who are not that well informed and is hoping that you will sell your stock at a lower price.

I would ignore such comments especially when they attack management.

Best thing is to research the companies that you own so that you know more than average and you are able to determine what is fact and what is fiction. If you need to sell do it for the right reasons and not scare mongering.

And BTW I was referring to when the SP was 0.05 so obviously way before your time. As for 2 years ago yes I was estimating the time and may have been out a little but the but the general tenet remains the same.
