    So if WES had a 5.4% return plus the 100% franking credit it would still be overvalued. Maybe you don’t require to be too technical. I am continually amazed by posters who decide to start a negative opinion post when they are non holders…..with a sell sentiment with no shares to sell. Best you try and invest your money at 5%.
