Agree, the big hitters (instos?) that have been soaking up stock will imo buy up to a level they are comfortable with and support it at that price.

What would cause an overbought situation is where traders enter, and exit for a quick buck. The stock will then settle at the previously mentioned support.

It seems to me that those buying recently are not traders (generally). I would be surprised if we saw sub 3.4c again.

Those that have done their dd know this stock is worth 5-6c at an absolute minimum based on current fundamentals.

Imo Toxo are an absolute steal.
