    Hi wilson,Americans probebly hear news about the drilling and get constant updates in thier press about any good news coming out not just about ssn but all the others,which is why i would say they seem in front at the moment,as far as 4cent barrier is concerned i would think it will fall,2cent did just took a while,still here and good luck to all.
