The recent recommendations I have seen other than the ones already quoted are:-

ABN Amro - Hold - Target $14-60
Deutsche Bank - Buy - Target reduced from $30 - $28
Credit Suisse - Outperform - Target reduced from $20 - $18-80.

I have also seen the the other 3 noted for UBS, Huntleys and Citibank. All of these are dated within the last week.

As only on of these is a sell unfortunately they don't seem to be following their own advice at present because the sentiment is just terrible. Hopefully the company can prove the doubters wrong and start returning value for the shareholders.
