    NGL closed down a penny in London last night (15.25) with 7m shares traded.

    The stock is now a play thing for day traders. Noticed a 12% spread between the high and low on the ASX yesterday and 24% in London (17.7H 14.23L)!

    All hinges on the Ops Review.
