A good summary from Bell Potter.
The margin of safety when buying at around 40c is very high as break up value probably somewhere close to 25c, this is the absolute downside, whereas a normal and positive case should see shares worth 70c to $1+ in 6 months to 1 years time.
I'm in and will keep buying in the low 40s.
Chairman buying is a positive sign - a dip in the road provides an excellent entry to this company. EBIT of $10M, market cap of $20M, this is a buy.
