not a bad idea at 100 mll you would pay back in 3 years considering how depressed coal prices are.

you would be left with 400 mill tonnes worth roughly $4 billion.
if i had 100 mill to buy a resource worth 4 bill or alot more with higher coal prices, i would buy it.

mou mc is around 12 mill, will probably get taken over :)

happy with 22 mill a year, values us at least 100 mill in my opinion on start up

should be at-least 30 mill mc as we stand, awaiting license
