    burpless, even a simple glance at this situation shows it is a lot more than a "simple legal matter".
    Paul 100 is undoubtedly right in that the contract cancellation gave the lease company the excuse to go for those $4million placement monies, that's if they can find them.

    ransol technology, despite the public blurb about it, has never worked well with their touted capital cost per system supposed to be half that of their competitors. In fact their capital costs per system have from all reports been as much as or more than those of their competitors. Transol in a desperate attempt to get market share have been quoting prices of down to half the normal, what little business they have won even at those prices has to be sub economic. Bear in mind these are long term 3 to 5 year contracts they have signed, talk about a receipe for disaster. Poltech all over again.
    Several other cities also look like cancelling TNC contracts, a lot of their staff have jumped ship and there's only one way this is going. Paul100 called this accurately a long time ago.
