Might see some short covering tomorrow?
I notice a 5.9mill short position as of Tuesday 20/aug. Another 540,000 shorted on Friday so maybe another million or so net were shorted after Tuesday (Wed through Monday) for around 7 or maybe 8mill total now? With that sort of qty you would thing they are non insto speculative short trades counting on recent selling pressure to keep driving the sp lower.
Now with the the Tam overhang cleared those shorts might get nervous. Will be interesting to see early trade tomorrow.
