Maybe the ex Enviro Minister has negotiated some Govt. Grants which would send this flying - well above 20c imo, and more so for the exposure this would bring more, so than the extra cash which could be used to buy more boxes and not have to dilute via more raising.
Get Henderson sorted and working to spec, and the polies will be all over this.
