Lots of doom and gloom but the stats from core logic table at the bottom are worth discussing.
It's not news that there is an over supply of apartments coming but seeing the actual numbers for Core is intersting.
Melbourne and Brisbane look the worst with Perth and Sydney not far behind.
Will be interesting to see how this pans out. Most of Sydney's are clumped in a few areas so will be interesting to see how this effects the broader market. Not overly up to date with Melbourne and Brisbane but I understand they are mostly in the CBD. Is that right?
