That's an old Report, very bullish.....
What is significant about that report, is the target price of PAB's share....
Even though the report was released Before the Commencement of the Current Trials, which thus Far Have Been Very Successful, and Above Expectations, Bell Porter's Target Price was 12 cents....
Had it been prepared and released today, Their Share Price Target, would have been Much Higher than 12 Cents!
