Agreed. BHP must be fuming about the recent ruling concerning their track.It gives them a very good reason to take out CSM soon - not only do they get a fantastic business but also a massive iron ore deposit. We all know they are after iron so it has to make sense.The closer CSM get to mining the iron the higher the share price will go and BHP will have to pay a lot more.I bet BHP are already talking to Institutions to see how much they would take and the current share weakness could be connected to attempts to keep the price low before a bid is launched.I have been a large holder for several years and have no intention of selling at these stupid prices.
