These were my thoughts about nuix also.The asic investigation was not about the company but the actions of the directors at the time.So why are the asic prosecuting the company and not the directors that were responsible for the crimes and in fact are no longer working at nxl.It just does not make any sense.The people responsible should be prosecuted not the company
